Please note: We've divided the features into two main categories: Projects and Partners.
Admin Functionality 1: Enable UN Users to Modify Application Deadlines for Partner Applications
Objective: To allow United Nations (UN) users to have the capability to adjust application deadlines for partner applications.
Why: Flexibility in application deadlines may be required due to changing circumstances or priorities.
Key Components:
•Develop a user-friendly interface for adjusting deadlines.
Admin Functionality 2: Ability to Send Notifications and Complete Application Assessments on Behalf of the Reviewers
Objective: To enhance efficiency, user can now send notifications and complete application assessments for projects on behalf of reviewers.
Why:
This functionality is crucial for maintaining project timelines when reviewers are unavailable.
- The various status that the user gets to see are:
- Reviews Completed
- Finished Scoring
- Scoring in Progress
- Scoring not started
- Reviews Completed: “Reviewer has finished scoring as well as completed the assessments”(Scoring and completion of this particular reviewer applications is finished, no actions can be done)
- Finished Scoring: “Reviewer has finished scoring but haven’t completed the assessments”(All applications have been scored but haven’t pressed the “Complete Assessments” Button, send notification and complete assessment actions are active)
- Scoring in Progress: “Reviewer hasn’t finished scoring”(At least one of the applications of that particular reviewer has finished scoring, send notification action is active and complete assessment action is inactive)
- Scoring not Started: “Reviewer hasn’t started scoring” (No applications have been scored by that reviewer, send notification action is active and complete assessment action is inactive)
Admin Functionality 3: Implement Admin Functionality to change the legal name of the Partner Organization
Objective: To provide users with the capability to rename the legal name of the Partner Organizations.
- User will be able to view the list of Partners
- User should be able to select the Partner and change the Legal Name
- System checks for duplicate name
- System logs the action in the backend such as the username & timestamp, changed from and changed to details
Admin Functionality 4: Ability to Create a New User for a Partner, Update Existing User Role, and Activate/Deactivate a User Account
Objective: Enhancing control over partner user accounts, this feature allows administrators to manage user roles and account statuses effectively. It ensures that the right individuals have access to the system and that user accounts are kept up-to-date.

- Will the verification of a verified Partner Profile affect change in Legal name?
- No, the verification does not gets affected with the change in Legal name however system checks for duplicate entries
